Intemperantia is Latin for self indulgence and is the perfect way to describe the gourmet organic chocolates they have available for sale. They use traditional methods from Switzerland and only the finest ingredients to ensure a smooth product. No artificial flavours and only 100% cocoa butter unlike the cheaper mass produced chocolates that substitute with cheaper oils.
In addition to the organic chocolates there are vegan, truffles, dark chocolates and other specialties. They have a shop in Pacific Palisades and also an online store. Shipping is important and all orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day and consideration is made to ensure no orders are left in housing facilities over weekends, thus ensuring a fresh product on arrival.
